The League of Women Voters grew out of the women’s suffrage movement and was established February 14, 1920. The LWV of Davis gained recognition by LWVUS in 1953. Davis County has grown and our impact has been felt by Davis citizens in our consistent work to empower voters and defend democracy through education and advocacy of our members.
