We are actively working to provide information to voters in the 2018 election.  Here are some of the ways you can learn more about the candidates.

On-Line Voters Guide is populated with Utah state and local election information.   Davis County residents will elect representatives for U.S. Senate, U.S. House, Utah House, State School Board, Davis County Commission, and Davis County Sheriff.  We posed questions for each of the candidates and you can access their answers on our on-line voters guide.

Other ballot measures you will vote on this coming election are:

Proposition 2:  Utah Medical Cannabis Act - legalizes the medical use of marijuana.

Proposition 3:  Utah Decides Healthcare - Expands Medicaid under the Affordable Care Act.

Proposition 4:  Utah Independent Redistricting Commission and Standards Act 

Active Military Property Tax Exemption Amendment - changes the time of servicer required to qualify for the tax exemption.

Tax Exemption for Property Leased by a Government Entity Amendment - Allows tax exemption for property leased by a government entity.

Legislature Able to Convene Special Sessions Amendment - Allows legislature to convene a special session with restrictions.
