There are 2 bills wending their way through the 2010 Legislature involving the judiciary; SB108 and SB109.

The League of Women Voters of Utah does not have any statements of position on the Utah Judiciary, and the positions of the LWVUS apply to the federal courts. Therefore, the League is not taking a position on these bills.
